Lightfall has been honored for Technical Achievement, Category: Video - Performance & Craft in the 28th Annual Webby Awards.


LOS ANGELES, April 4, 2024 – ICVR announced today that Lightfall has been honored for Technical Achievement Category, Video - Performance & Craft in the 28th Annual Webby Awards. Hailed as the “Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times, The Webby Awards, presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet. Lightfall, is an animated short film that transports viewers to the 1600s, before the invention of electric light. It narrates the adventure of a candle maker who goes on a journey to find the light and delve into the electric universe.
